The body of your essay

  1. The most important part of the body of the essay are the examples. They need to be authoritative, current and correct. Do each of your examples measure up?
  2. Good examples capture attention. Have you presented you examples as concisely and with as much effect as possible?
  3. Examples must not be ambiguous. That is, you should only be able to use them to argue in your favour. Try to examine each of your examples from the point of view of another reader.
